I’ve always loved the look of the Pantera, obviously reminiscent of the Countach and a little Ferrari’ish. I actually saw this exact car a few months back while riding my motorcycle and pulled an illegal u-turn to snap a photo of it. @mgideon_ rang me up to go shoot the car and I met the owner @carrottgrandall His dad had a Pantera when he was a kid, which started his love for this iconic car.

Nothing like a spontaneous ride late at night. The marine layer rolled in extra thick as I was heading up this hill, you could smell the sea salt in the air. Two giant owls dove off a cliff above me when I was heading back down and flew about five feet in front of me. It scared my soul out of my body for a good few seconds. I was then overwhelmed by how beautiful of a moment it was, they are some majestic looking creatures.

My daughter said we should name her Tammy, which happens to be the the name of George’s wife, Tammy Wynette and she loved yellow coincidentally.

I was riding my motorcycle out in the hills on some trails making my way toward the beach one evening when I saw @martineezf18 working his horse in the sand by the creek. I circled back and we chatted for a little while and exchanged socials before I took off. I’ve had a shot in my head for a little over a year of someone on a horse riding on this elevated dirt path that runs parallel to the road that goes out to PCH. I hit up Fabian and he was game. The horse that he brought out this time is named Gitano who he has had since he was 10 and has been around the horse since they were babies. Gitano is about to turn 19 and is 6 months younger than Fabian. Fabian has a huge passion for horses which showed through the relationship that he has with this beautiful creature. I felt lucky to have met him and am honored to have captured a few moments as the sun was setting this past Friday.
